SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at BAFFLE DESIGN. We are committed to delivering your products safely and efficiently. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and what you can expect when ordering from us.

1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We ship to:

  • New Zealand (Domestic): All regions
  • International: Australia, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and select countries in Europe and Asia

If your country is not listed at checkout, we currently do not ship to that location. Please contact us if you have questions about shipping to your area.

2. PROCESSING TIME

  • Standard products: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed
  • Print-on-demand products: These items are made to order and typically take 3-7 business days to produce before shipping
  • Custom or personalized items: May require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand):

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (if available)

International Shipping:

  • Australia: 7-14 business days
  • United States & Canada: 10-21 business days
  • Europe & UK: 14-28 business days
  • Other countries: 14-30 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier issues beyond our control.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Shipping method selected

Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Conditions will be clearly stated during the promotion.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking number (when available)
  • Link to track your package

You can track your order through the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.

6. SPECIAL HANDLING FOR FRAGILE ITEMS

Ceramic products (plates, mugs, etc.) and other fragile items:

  • Are carefully packaged with protective materials
  • May incur additional shipping costs due to special handling requirements
  • Should be inspected immediately upon delivery

7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

International Orders:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country
  • These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices
  • Customs processing may cause delivery delays
  • We are not responsible for packages held or returned by customs

8. DELIVERY ISSUES

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it, contact the carrier first
  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • We recommend shipping to a secure location or requiring a signature for delivery

Damaged Packages:

  • Inspect your package upon delivery
  • Report any damage to us within 7 days with photos
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue

Wrong Address:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Address changes may be possible if requested before the order ships

9. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable:

  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment
  • Additional shipping fees may apply
  • Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs if you choose not to reship

10. PRINT-ON-DEMAND SHIPPING

Some products are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners (Printify):

  • These items ship separately from our standard products
  • Shipping times may vary from our standard products
  • Multiple orders may arrive in separate packages
  • Tracking information will be provided for each shipment

11. ORDER MODIFICATIONS

To modify or cancel your order:

  • Contact us immediately at brucehaliday@gmail.com
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled
  • Standard return policy will apply
